FC700
Fume hood controller with integrated web server

Microprocessor based system for control and monitoring of fume hood exhaust air volume flow or face velocity in relation to the front sash and slide window opening. Depending on the configuration different operating modes for fume hood control (e.g. fully variable, face velocity, sash sensor) are possible.

The integrated functional monitoring in accordance with EN 14175 offers maximum safety for laboratory staff. When the exhaust air setpoint that is to be regulated is underrun, an acoustic and optical alarm is activated.

Suitable for all fume hood constructions and extraction units. Standard model with differential pressure transmitter.

GC10
The GC10 room group controller automatically and decentrally balances the setpoints for laboratory room control (room supply and exhaust air). The room air change rate requirements of DIN 1946, Part 7 are taken into account and are freely programmable. Negative room pressure (in laboratories)or positive room pressure (in clean rooms) may be adjusted by a percentage relative to the room exhaust air or with a fixed offset (e.g. 300 m3/h).

iCM-RP
Microprocessor controlled system for regulation and monitoring of the constant room pressure maintenance. It has to be maintained a constant over- or underpressure in clean rooms or laboratories compared to adjoining rooms (e. g. corridor). This avoids the intrusion respectively loosing of contaminated or uncleaned air with an excessive dust content depending on the application.

SCHNEIDER has developed its own software for building management systems to enable optimum connection to the LabSystem product range. The PAD-3000 building services management system guarantees the user the full transparency of an global laboratory system solution. It is used for calling up and regulating relevant laboratory data such as actual exhaust values (laboratory, laboratory extractor, switchable consumers etc.), room temperature, humidity, fault signals and alarms (gas alarm, air too low, fire protection flaps, smoke extractor flaps etc.), remote control in reduced service mode (night-time lowering), front sash closure and parameter assignment to laboratory extractors.
 
RMC700
Multi-functional Room Management Controller, digital, LON, Modbus

The multi-functional and user-programmable room management controller takes over the complete operating mode control and monitoring of a laboratory room.

RMC700 is the HMI (Human Machine Interface) between the laboratory personnel and the building management system (BMS). The plain text messages with custom graphic symbols (icons) and with multi coloured backlight allowing a clear and simple priority-driven allocation of the actual operating conditions.

VAV300-L (LON)
Microprocessor controlled, high-speed adaptive control system for variable control of room supply air and room exhaust air volume flows, particularly suitable for clean rooms and laboratories. A high-speed control algorithm compares the setpoint with the actual value measured by a differential pressure transmitter and regulates the flow quickly, precisely and steadily, independent of pressure fluctuations in the duct system. The minimum and maximum volume flow setpoint is freely programmable and is saved mains voltage failure-safe in the EEPROM.

VAV500
Multi-functional high-speed variable air volume controller, analogue, LON, BACnet, Modbus

Available in the following versions:

  • round, PPs or steel
  • rectangle, PPs or steel

Microprocessor controlled, high-speed adaptive control system for variable control of room supply air and room exhaustair volume flows, particularly suitable for clean rooms and laboratories. Advanced requirements need a heating or cooling, and a pressurization of the room. In addition to these features the multi-functional flow Controller VAV500 provide up to 7 analogue inputs 0 (2) ... 10V DC for connecting consumers (e.g. fume hood controller FC500) and calculates the room balance. In network operation (LON,BACnet, Modbus) up to 16 consumers are accounted for.

The retrofit interfaceboards LON, BACnet or Modbus ensure an individual, efficient and cost-effective direct connection to the building management system (BMS).

VAV700 *new*
High-speed adaptive control system for variable control of room supply air and room exhaust air volume flows, particularly suitable for clean rooms and laboratories.

The integrated dual port switch allows a simple and effective Ethernet-networking of volume flow controllers (supply air/ exhaust air) and fume hood controllers FC700 within the laboratory and the complete building. The parameterisation and the data access occur with a standard web browser. Native BACnet® with trendlog and intrinsic reporting are optional implemented. LON® and Modbus® are supported as further field bus systems.

VCP500
High resolution pressure controller with volume flow limitation

High resolution pressure controller with volume flow limitation and innovative bypass controller for airtight laboratories and clean rooms.
VCP500 is available as a round model and quickly, stably and very precisely regulates up to three programmable constant room pressures.
Particularly suitable for laboratories (S1-S3), clean rooms (classes A-D), animal facilities and air locks.
Optionally VCP500 can be equipped with a LON field bus module (FTT10-A), BACnet (MS/TP) or Modbus (RS485) and thus simplifies connection to the BSM.

VME300
Volume flow measuring system with analogue output or LON interface

Microprocessor controlled, high-speed volume flow measuring system of room supply air and room exhaust air volume flows in manifolded ducts. Suitable for different measuring tasks, such as fume hoods, safety cabinets and other exhaust air and supply units.

The exhaust air and supply air volume flow is measured very stable and accurate and is as actual analogue value 0 (2) ... 10V DC or in LON-network mode as a standard variable (SNVT) available.

The retrofit interfaceboard LON, BACnet or Modbus ensure an individual, efficient and cost-effective direct connection to the building management system (BMS).

The system data and setpoint values are freely programmable and will be saved voltage fail-safe in the EEPROM.
